Amends 1972 PA 348 (landlord-tenant relations act) to add language guaranteeing full and equal access to residential rental accommodations regardless of a tenant's or prospective tenant's source of income.

Defines "source of income" to include housing assistance, housing choice vouchers, public assistance, veterans' benefits, Social Security, supplemental security income, retirement programs, and other federal, state, local, or nonprofit benefits.

Excludes from source of income protection: income that cannot be demonstrated as derived from lawful sources provided on an ongoing basis, and housing assistance not approved by the appropriate agency within 30 days after landlord provides required information and completion of repairs.

Expands the definition of landlord to clarify it includes persons authorized to exercise management aspects of premises, act as rental agents, or receive rent.

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. 205 and House Bill No. 4062 of the 102nd Legislature are enacted into law.
