• Modifies section 2519 to update the statutory will form, including changes to how personal representatives may distribute assets to minor beneficiaries (limited to $5,000 per year without conservator approval).

• Updates sections 5103, 5204, 5206, and 5215 regarding powers of guardians and conservators for minors and legally incapacitated individuals, removing provisions that treated married minors as exceptions.

• Takes effect only if Senate Bill 209 of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law (tie-bar provision).

• Effective date: July 12, 2023.
