Removes the "marriage" exception from MCL 750.13, which previously allowed taking a minor under 16 for purposes of marriage; now prohibits taking minors for prostitution, concubinage, or sexual intercourse only.

Eliminates the "lawfully married" defense for teachers, substitute teachers, and administrators engaging in sexual conduct with 16-17 year old students in MCL 750.520d and 750.520e.

Modifies the marriage exception in MCL 750.520d(1)(f)(i) for special education services to require both persons be at least 18 years of age and lawfully married at the time of the alleged violation.

Changes gender-specific pronouns ("he or she," "his or her") to gender-neutral language ("the person," "the actor's") throughout criminal sexual conduct statutes.

Amends MCL 750.520l to prohibit charging or convicting based solely on spouse being mentally incapable or mentally incapacitated, while removing the "under the age of 16" exception that previously protected married minors.
