Expands 2014 PA 197 to prohibit discrimination based on breastfeeding or expressing human milk in places of public accommodation or public service.

Prohibits denying full and equal enjoyment of goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, or accommodations to individuals who are breastfeeding a child or expressing human milk.

Prohibits publishing statements, advertisements, notices, or signs indicating that patronage or presence will be refused, withheld, or denied because an individual is breastfeeding or expressing human milk.

Prohibits publishing statements indicating that an individual's patronage or presence is objectionable, unwelcome, unacceptable, or undesirable due to breastfeeding or expressing human milk.

Effective immediately upon Governor's approval on October 8, 2024.
