Prohibits insurers from denying, canceling, or refusing to issue disability insurance policies based solely on an individual's status as a living organ or tissue donor, effective December 31, 2023.

Prohibits insurers from denying, canceling, or refusing to issue long-term care insurance policies based solely on an individual's status as a living organ or tissue donor, effective December 31, 2023.

Prohibits insurers from denying, canceling, or refusing to issue life insurance policies based solely on an individual's status as a living organ or tissue donor, effective December 31, 2023.

Allows insurers to adjust coverage terms, pricing, and premiums only if there is additional actuarial risk determined through sound actuarial principles and the individual's actual and reasonably anticipated experience.

Defines "living donor" as an individual who has donated all or part of a kidney, liver, heart, lung, pancreas, esophagus, stomach, intestines, or designated tissues including eyes, skin, bone, bone marrow, heart valves, blood, and other specified body parts.
