Authorizes the state administrative board to transfer a 92.98-acre parcel of state-owned land in Green Oak Township, Livingston County from the department of corrections to the department of military and veterans affairs without payment.

Property transfer becomes permanent and effective upon approval by state administrative board resolution and written notification to both departments from the department of technology, management, and budget.

Department of military and veterans affairs assumes full administrative jurisdiction and responsibility for the property following the transfer.

Department of technology, management, and budget shall coordinate the transfer implementation, with costs for surveys and transaction closing to be reimbursed by the department of military and veterans affairs.

Transfer includes all improvements, buildings, and equipment remaining on the property as of the transfer date; all legal documents require approval by the office of the attorney general.
