Mandates that within 24 hours of a dead body's arrival, funeral establishments must either embalm the body or house it in a refrigeration unit at no more than 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

Clarifies waiver procedures for allowing a single manager to oversee up to 2 funeral establishments, requiring the establishments be in the same or contiguous counties with below-state-average population density and located within 90 miles of each other.

Makes minor punctuation and grammatical corrections, including changing "more than 30 days" to "not later than 30 days" for manager notification requirements.
