Simplify subsection (13) by removing the September 30, 2017 implementation deadline and federal extension provision, making the fingerprint submission requirement apply to all child care center licensees, group child care home licensees, family child care home licensees, child care staff members, and adult household members.

Clarify that licensees, licensee designees, or program directors who have remained continuously licensed after a previous criminal history check are not required to undergo another check upon license renewal or application.
