Mandates schools with sufficient eligible student populations maximize federal reimbursement by operating under the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) and requires schools to forgive all student meal debt

Requires schools to make meal accommodations for students with documented disabilities or medical needs and encourages offering meals meeting religious or dietary preferences such as vegetarian, kosher, and halal options

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 5042 of the 102nd Legislature is enacted (conditional enactment tied to companion legislation)
