Adds enhanced penalties for breaking and entering, property destruction, vulnerable adult abuse, stalking, and telecommunications harassment when committed against spouses, former spouses, dating partners, co-parents, or household members.

Defines "dating relationship" as frequent, intimate associations primarily characterized by expectation of affectional involvement, excluding casual relationships or ordinary business/social fraternization.

Allows damages from separate incidents of property destruction within a 12-month period to be aggregated to determine total damage amount for sentencing purposes.

Prohibits using prior convictions for sentence enhancement under this act to further enhance sentences under MCL 769.10, 769.11, or 769.12.

Effective February 13, 2024, contingent on Senate Bill No. 471 of the 102nd Legislature being enacted into law.
