Modifies the definition of "conference center" in Michigan's liquor control code to replace references to specific Ferris State University facilities with the Woodbridge N. Ferris Building at Grand Rapids and the David L. Eisler Center at Big Rapids.

Removes references to "Grand Rapids Junior College" from the list of institutions whose facilities qualify as conference centers.

Maintains existing provisions allowing colleges and universities to obtain licenses for alcoholic liquor sales at conference centers, hotels, restaurants, and golf courses under specified conditions.

Keeps requirement that all licenses issued under this section are nontransferable and licensees must pay applicable fees.
