Amends MCL 777.16g to revise sentencing guidelines under Michigan's Code of Criminal Procedure by modifying the table of felonies and their classifications.

Changes MCL 750.147b sentencing classification from a single "ethnic intimidation" offense (Class G, 2-year max) to three tiered hate-crime-related violation categories: Class G (2 years), Class F with prior or aggravating factors (4 years), and Class E with firearm/dangerous weapon (6 years).

Maintains existing sentencing classifications for child abuse offenses, child sexual abuse material offenses, vulnerable adult abuse offenses, institutional desecration, and crimes committed via internet or computer.

Takes effect only upon enactment of Senate Bill No. 601 of the 102nd Legislature (tied bill requirement).
