Declares right-to-list home sale agreements void and unenforceable unless made in writing and signed by all owners of the residential real estate involved.

Limits right-to-list home sale agreements to a maximum period of 2 years.

Requires agreements to include an early termination option allowing owners to terminate before expiration by paying the broker's initial consideration plus 6% annual interest from the date consideration was provided.

Mandates that the agreement period and early termination option be displayed conspicuously on the first page of the agreement.

Applies to agreements entered into, extended, or renewed on or after the act's effective date of July 25, 2024.
