Amends the criminal procedure sentencing guidelines in MCL 777.13k to add six new felonies under Chapter 333 of the Michigan Compiled Laws related to embryo and fetus research and HIV transmission.

Establishes Class E felonies with 5-year statutory maximum sentences for: conducting pathogen enhancement engineering or research (333.2670), using live human embryos/fetuses/neonates for nontherapeutic research (333.2685), researching dead embryos/fetuses/neonates without mother's consent (333.2688), and performing abortion to obtain an embryo or fetus (333.2689).

Establishes Class E felonies with 5-year statutory maximum sentences for selling or delivering fetuses/embryos/neonates for certain purposes (333.2690(1)) and financially benefiting from granting access to or transferring possession of embryos/fetuses/neonates to certain persons (333.2690(2)).

Adds four existing offenses to the sentencing guidelines table: unauthorized disclosure of social security numbers (Class F, 4 years), disclosing confidential abortion information (Class G, 3 years), concealing discovery of a dead body (Class E, 5 years), and HIV transmission offenses (Class F, 4 years).

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. 620 of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law.
