Amends the conservator powers section of Michigan's Estates and Protected Individuals Code to require conservators investing estate property in securities to use only brokerage firms insured by the United States Securities Protection Corporation.

Splits the investment requirement into two parts: conservators must invest in accordance with the Michigan prudent investor rule and separately comply with the brokerage insurance requirement.

Prohibits conservators from investing estate property in cryptocurrency.

Makes minor technical language changes, replacing "shall" with "must" and updating pronouns to gender-neutral terms ("the attorney's" instead of "his or her").
