Increases the maximum number of apprentices that may be trained simultaneously at a cosmetology establishment from 2 to 10, once 1 apprentice has been successfully trained.

Replaces gendered pronouns ("he or she") with gender-neutral language ("the student or apprentice") throughout the training requirements section.

Makes grammatical corrections to existing apprenticeship requirements, including changing "meets" to "meet" in the opening clause.

Standardizes language by replacing "only" and "at least" with "only" and "not less than" respectively in requirements for when students/apprentices may practice on the public.
