Amends MCL 777.15g of the Michigan Code of Criminal Procedure to modify sentencing guidelines for certain felonies enumerated in chapters 721 to 730 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.

Adds MCL 722.1664 (false report initiating high-risk special investigation) as a Class F felony with variable statutory maximum to the sentencing guidelines table.

The amendment takes effect September 1, 2025, contingent upon the enactment of Senate Bill No. 692 of the 102nd Legislature.

Applies to felonies involving child abuse reporting requirements, foster care licensing violations, false reports of child abuse or neglect, and dissemination of sexually explicit material to minors.
