Extends the deadline for filing notices of claim of interest in land to September 29, 2025 for all existing claims, in addition to the standard 20-year period for mineral interests and 40-year period for other interests.

Establishes that a person with an unbroken chain of title for 20 years (mineral interests) or 40 years (other interests) acquires marketable record title free and clear of prior claims, unless those claims are preserved by filing written notice of claim on or before September 29, 2025.

Permits persons acting on behalf of claimants to file notices of claim when the claimant is under a disability, unable to assert a claim independently, or is an unidentified member of a class.

Provides that disability or lack of knowledge does not suspend the running of the 20-year or 40-year periods required to establish marketable record title.

Takes effect immediately upon approval (March 28, 2024).
