Requires the Michigan Department of Human Services to provide medical assistance coverage for cranial hair prostheses to eligible individuals under 19 years of age who have cranial hair loss due to a medical condition or medical treatment.

Specifies that cranial hair prosthesis coverage cannot be subject to dollar limits, deductibles, or coinsurance provisions less favorable than coverage for other prostheses.

Defines "cranial hair prosthesis" to include any human or synthetic substitute for cranial hair.

Updates federal law citations in the Social Welfare Act to reflect current title XIX reference (42 USC 1396 to 1396w-7 instead of 1396w-6).

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
