Requires health insurance policies in Michigan to cover cranial hair prosthesis for individuals under 19 years of age who experience hair loss from a medical condition or its treatment.

Prohibits dollar limits, deductibles, and coinsurance provisions for cranial hair prosthesis coverage that are less favorable than coverage for other prosthesis types.

Defines cranial hair prosthesis to include both human and synthetic substitutes for hair.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and applies to health insurance policies delivered, issued, amended, or renewed in Michigan on or after the effective date.
