Appropriates $2,250,000 from the state general fund for fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, to supplement various state departments and agencies.

Allocates $2,000,000 to the Department of State Police for targeted enforcement of the "move over law" (MCL 257.653a) and public awareness advertising, with funds designated as a work project through September 30, 2028.

Allocates $250,000 to the State Transportation Department for installing roadway signage regarding move over law requirements, designated as a work project through September 30, 2028.

Prohibits spending of appropriated funds for move over law enforcement and signage unless Senate Bill No. 779 of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law.

Subjects all appropriations to the Management and Budget Act of 1984 and state administrative board oversight.
