Expands the definition of "public body" under the Open Meetings Act to include art institute services providers that receive tax proceeds under the Art Institute Authorities Act, 2010 PA 296.

Expands the definition of "public body" to include accredited zoological institutions that receive tax proceeds under the Zoological Authorities Act, 2008 PA 49.

Makes the boards and governing bodies of these art institute and zoological institution entities subject to the Open Meetings Act's requirements for public meetings.

Updates the definition of "meeting" to include meetings of boards or governing bodies of the newly covered art institute services providers and zoological institutions.
