Allows women who served in the Michigan National Guard, U.S. Armed Forces Reserve, or any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces and were called to active duty during a declared war or armed conflict to apply for a special "woman veteran" registration plate.

Permits women who are members of any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, including reservists and National Guard, and have retired or received an honorable discharge to apply for the special registration plate.

Application requires form prescribed by the Secretary of State with proof of eligibility and is not subject to a service fee.

Disabled applicants must receive a disability tab for the special registration plate using the same proof requirements as permanent windshield placards.

Special registration plates expire on the vehicle owner's birthday; renewal applications do not require re-submission of eligibility proof; misuse of the plates is a misdemeanor.
