Modifies the Michigan crisis and access line to compile and disclose a list of available community mental health services programs and substance use disorder services programs, including service availability information, to individuals using the access line.

Adds acute care hospitals and emergency department staff to the advisory committee that provides guidance on creating, operating, and maintaining the registry.

Maintains liability protections for health facilities, health professionals, and contractors from civil or criminal liability for inaccurate registry data shared under the section.
