Extends the sunset date for Michigan's pheasant hunting license requirement from January 1, 2026 to January 1, 2031.

Maintains the $25.00 annual pheasant hunting license fee for individuals 18 years or older, required in addition to a base hunting license.

Extends the transfer date of accumulated pheasant subaccount funds to the game and fish protection account from January 1, 2026 to January 1, 2031.

Preserves existing exemptions from the license requirement for hunting at game bird preserves, on private land, in the Upper Peninsula, and for holders of lifetime hunting licenses.

Continues the pheasant subaccount funding mechanism, which collects license fees for purchasing and releasing live pheasants on state-owned land.
