Amends MCL 777.14b of the Criminal Code of Criminal Procedure to remove references to MCL 408.1035a(5) regarding MIOSHA violations causing employee death.

Strikes two sentencing guideline entries for MIOSHA violations causing employee death (Class H and Class G for subsequent offense) that referenced the repealed statute section 408.1035a(5).

Retains the sentencing guidelines for MIOSHA violations under MCL 408.1035(5) with Class H for first offense (1-year maximum) and Class G for subsequent offense (3-year maximum).

Maintains sentencing guidelines for employment of children violations under MCL 409.122(2) and (3), including Class G for second offense (2-year maximum), Class E for third or subsequent offense (10-year maximum), and Class D for child sexually abusive activity (20-year maximum).

Takes effect only upon enactment of Senate Bill No. 830 of the 102nd Legislature (tie-bar provision).
