Requires the Department of Corrections to provide prisoners with written information about voter registration and voting processes, including eligibility, registration procedures, voting methods (in-person, early voting, absentee ballot), and regular election dates before release.

Directs the Secretary of State to create a written document containing all voter registration and election process information that must be distributed to prisoners.

Removes the requirement that parole eligibility reports include whether a prisoner refused to obtain identification documents under section 34c.

Makes minor technical corrections including changing "both" to "all" regarding reentry assistance activities and updating references to "Social Security" capitalization and terminology for operator's licenses and state identification cards.

Authorizes the reentry success fund for expenses related to prisoner reentry activities, with unspent funds remaining in the fund rather than lapsing to the general fund.
