Creates new criminal offense of sexual contact with a dead human body, punishable as a misdemeanor by up to 2 years imprisonment and/or fine of up to $500.

Creates felony offense of sexual penetration with a dead human body, punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment.

Defines "sexual contact" as intentional touching of genital areas, groin, inner thigh, buttock, or breast of a corpse for purposes of revenge, humiliation, or anger.

Defines "sexual penetration" as any entry into genital, anal, or oral openings of a corpse by any body part or object, with any slight penetration constituting the offense.

Sentences for violations may run consecutively with sentences from other violations arising from the same transaction.
