Replaces gender-specific pronouns ("he or she," "his or her") with gender-neutral language ("the person," "the person's") throughout the operating while intoxicated statute.

Modifies suspension of imprisonment requirements by allowing judges to suspend sentences if defendants successfully complete specialty court programs, with minimum unsuspended periods of 5 days imprisonment or 30 days community service for violations within 7 years of prior conviction, and 10 days imprisonment or 60 days community service for violations after 2 or more prior convictions.

Changes language from "shall" to "must" in certain provisions and updates statutory references for consistency.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
