Adds protection of the right to work consistent with section 14(b) of the National Labor Relations Act to Michigan's public policy on labor disputes.

Declares agreements between employers and labor organizations that violate these protections unlawful and unenforceable for agreements taking effect or renewed after the bill's effective date.

Establishes civil fines of up to $500 for violations, enforced by county prosecutors or the attorney general, with fines deposited in the general fund.

Allows individuals injured by violations to bring civil actions for damages and injunctive relief, with courts awarding court costs and reasonable attorney fees to prevailing plaintiffs.
