Requires the Department of Health to post an annual report on its website beginning June 1, 2025, listing each state or country from which individuals received licenses or registrations based on equivalent credentials and identifying the relevant health professions.

Mandates the department to compile and publish all licensing compacts and multijurisdictional health profession agreements in which Michigan participates.

Requires the department to create a comprehensive list for each health profession showing which states' licenses are recognized for reciprocal licensing in Michigan, regardless of whether any applications were received.

Directs the department to submit an annual report to the legislature identifying any impediments to granting licenses to applicants with valid credentials from other states, including whether impediments stem from statute or department policy.

Requires the department to recommend potential licensing compacts or multijurisdictional agreements Michigan should consider entering to facilitate interstate health profession reciprocity.
