Modifies parole eligibility requirements for prisoners subject to disciplinary time sentenced on or after the effective date to allow parole after serving minimum sentence less productivity credits, rather than requiring full minimum term.

Updates parole board procedures and reporting requirements to account for productivity credits in calculating prisoner minimum sentences and parole eligibility timelines.
