Prohibits disclosure requirements for members requesting disability accommodations and restricts remote participation to appointed members only, excluding elected members.

Exempts agricultural commodity groups, municipal public employee retirement system boards, and joint agencies under the Michigan energy employment act from standard remote meeting restrictions and allows them to meet electronically under any circumstances.

Requires public bodies maintaining websites to post meeting notices explaining why meetings are held electronically, how the public may participate, and accessibility options for people with disabilities at least 18 hours before the meeting.

Clarifies that disability accommodations do not apply to state legislative bodies holding formal votes and does not authorize non-disabled members to participate remotely at meetings restricted to military duty or medical condition absences.
