Amends section 3107c of the 1956 Insurance Code to revise the definition of "transportation network company vehicle" to mean a personal vehicle while the driver is logged on to a transportation network company digital network or engaged in a prearranged ride, rather than referencing section 3114.

Adds definitions for "personal vehicle," "transportation network company digital network," and "transportation network company prearranged ride" by reference to section 2 of the 2016 Limousine, Taxicab, and Transportation Network Company Act (2016 PA 345, MCL 257.2102).

Makes technical corrections to section 3101 references throughout the statute by removing "(1)" references where appropriate.

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. 905 of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law (tie-bar provision).
