Amends the Fire Prevention Code to change pronouns and terminology for clarity, replacing "who" with "that," "which" with "that," "shall" with "must," and "pursuant to" with "under"

Establishes that labeled fire door assemblies with temporary door locking devices or systems installed under section 4i of the Stille-DeRossett-Hale single state construction code act or section 1d of 1937 PA 306 do not violate the Fire Prevention Code

Maintains existing penalties for violations of the Fire Prevention Code, including misdemeanor charges and civil fines of $200.00 for violations creating fire hazards or likelihood of hazardous material release

Codifies board member penalties for intentional violations of open meetings requirements and board penalties for arbitrary and capricious freedom of information act violations

Effective only if Senate Bill No. 906 and Senate Bill No. 908 of the 102nd Legislature are also enacted into law
