Establishes a new procedure allowing property owners or authorized agents to submit a verified complaint to the county sheriff for immediate removal of unlawful occupants from residential dwellings, bypassing traditional eviction proceedings.

Requires the complaint form to include 13 sworn statements under penalty of perjury, including verification of ownership, that occupants entered without permission, are not tenants or owners, and that the owner directed them to leave.

Authorizes the sheriff to serve a notice to immediately vacate by hand delivery or posting, verify occupant identities, and arrest individuals for trespass or outstanding warrants without court involvement.

Allows property owners to request the sheriff stand by while changing locks and removing the unlawful occupants' personal property, with the owner paying reasonable hourly fees; shields the sheriff and owner from liability for property damage unless removal was wrongful.

Permits persons wrongfully removed to sue for civil damages including actual costs, triple the fair market rent as statutory damages, court costs, and attorney fees, with cases advanced on the court calendar.
