Amends the Safe Drinking Water Act to expand the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy's authority over waterworks systems and customer site piping at mobile home parks and seasonal mobile home parks.

Adds definitions for "mobile home," "mobile home park," and "seasonal mobile home park" by reference to the Mobile Home Commission Act, 1987 PA 96.

Grants the director authority to inspect waterworks systems at mobile home parks and seasonal mobile home parks consisting solely of customer site piping to investigate complaints regarding water adequacy, healthfulness, or compliance with state drinking water standards.

Extends the department's power to issue orders requiring operational changes, treatment, structural improvements, or capacity additions to owners of customer site piping at mobile home parks and seasonal mobile home parks, with the same 30-day hearing period and emergency order procedures as apply to public water suppliers.

Allows the department to limit expansion or water use from customer site piping systems at mobile home parks and seasonal mobile home parks until improvements meet state drinking water standards.
