Amends the definition of "racketeering" in Michigan's penal code to include embezzlement from a vulnerable adult as a qualifying offense.

Adds violation of section 174a (embezzlement from a vulnerable adult) to the list of felonies that constitute racketeering activity under MCL 750.159g.

Maintains all existing racketeering predicate offenses while expanding the definition to protect vulnerable adults from financial exploitation.
