Amends the internet sports betting fund to require annual expenditures of $1,000,000 to the compulsive gaming prevention fund created under the compulsive gaming prevention act of 1997.

Requires annual expenditures of $2,000,000 from the internet sports betting fund to the Christopher R. Slezak first responder presumed coverage fund established under the worker's disability compensation act of 1969.

Directs remaining money in the internet sports betting fund, after covering board regulatory costs and the two mandatory allocations, to be deposited into the state school aid fund.

Effective date: 91 days after final adjournment of the 2024 Regular Session.
