Amends the internet gaming fund provisions to modify annual distributions from the fund after covering regulatory costs and bingo administration expenses.

Allocates $3,000,000 annually to the compulsive gaming prevention fund created under the compulsive gaming prevention act.

Allocates $2,000,000 annually to the Christopher R. Slezak first responder presumed coverage fund created under the worker's disability compensation act.

Directs all remaining money in the internet gaming fund, after the above allocations, to be deposited into the state school aid fund established under the state constitution.

Effective date: 91 days after final adjournment of the 2024 Regular Session; approved by the Governor on October 8, 2024.
