Amends MCL 777.14b to modify sentencing guidelines for child labor violations under MCL 409.122

Changes the reference for second offense employment of children during certain hours from MCL 409.122(2) to MCL 409.122(1)(b), maintaining Class G felony with 2-year statutory maximum

Reduces statutory maximum sentence for third or subsequent offense of employment of children during certain hours from 10 years to 5 years, classified as Class E felony under MCL 409.122(1)(c)

Adds three new offenses for employment of children during certain hours involving death or great bodily harm: first offense (Class E, 5-year max), second offense (Class D, 10-year max), and third or subsequent offense (Class B, 20-year max) under MCL 409.122(3)(a)-(c)

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. 965 of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law
