Requires the Department of Human Services to provide coverage under the medical assistance program for over-the-counter contraception and emergency contraception without a prescription, effective January 1, 2026.

Defines "contraception" as any FDA-approved drug, device, or product covered by medical assistance that prevents pregnancy, including hormonal drugs administered orally, transdermally, or intravaginally.

Defines "emergency contraception" as any FDA-approved drug that prevents pregnancy following unprotected sexual intercourse or suspected contraceptive failure.
