Adds a new exception to unemployment disqualification for victims of domestic violence who meet requirements in section 29a, with benefits charged to nonchargeable account rather than the employer's account.

Creates a rebuttable presumption that an individual voluntarily left work without good cause if they reduce working status to less than full-time employment.

Creates a rebuttable presumption that an individual voluntarily left work without good cause if they are absent from work for 3 or more consecutive work days without contacting the employer.

Effective date is April 2, 2025, contingent upon Senate Bill No. 40 of the 102nd Legislature being enacted into law.
