Allocates $30,000,000 from the state school aid fund and $20,000,000 from the educator fellowship public provider fund for the MI future educator student teacher stipend program in 2024-2025.

Expands program eligibility to include student teachers working in qualifying publicly funded preschool programs (such as those funded by the great start readiness program or Head Start), in addition to school districts.

Provides up to $9,600 per academic semester for eligible student teachers; payments to public institution programs go directly to the educator preparation program, while payments for non-public institution programs go to the district, intermediate district, or consortium that can forward funds to the educator preparation program.

Prioritizes funding distribution to Pell grant recipients first, then distributes remaining funds in order of application receipt if allocations are insufficient.

Removes requirement that non-public educator preparation programs provide assurance they will forward funds to the student teacher's eligible educator preparation program.
