Adds the Gordie Howe International Bridge in Detroit as a permitted location for sale of articles for export and consumption outside the United States, alongside existing provisions for the International Bridge in Sault Ste. Marie and I-94/I-69 business loop interchange.

Expands customs brokering facility operations to be permitted on state-owned property at the Gordie Howe International Bridge in Detroit, in addition to the Blue Water Bridge in Port Huron and International Bridge in Sault Ste. Marie.

Directs revenue from leases at the Gordie Howe International Bridge site to be deposited into the state trunk line fund, consistent with revenue treatment from the Blue Water Bridge site.

Updates terminology throughout the statute by replacing "state transportation department" with "department" and changing "commission for the blind" to "bureau of services for blind persons."

Adds a definitions subsection that clarifies "department," "hospital," "logo signage," and "state trunk line fund" for purposes of the section.
