Adds the state board created as the Children Trust Michigan board (established under section 3 of the child abuse and neglect prevention act, 1982 PA 250) to the list of public bodies permitted to meet remotely under any circumstances, including situations requiring accommodation of absent members.

Effective upon enactment of a companion bill (Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No.____ request no. 06691'24) by the 102nd Legislature.

Maintains existing remote meeting requirements including 2-way communication, public participation capabilities, advance website notice (18 hours minimum), agenda availability (2 hours minimum), and prohibition on requiring public registration to participate.

Aligns the Children Trust Michigan board with other specialized public bodies already authorized for remote meetings, including agricultural commodity groups, municipal public employee retirement systems, and joint agencies under the Michigan energy employment act.
