Extends dependent spouse benefits from conclusive presumption of total dependency for 208 weeks after employee's death, with ongoing payments for up to 500 weeks if partial dependency is established (Section 331).

Raises age threshold for dependent children from under 16 years to less than 18 years old, or 18+ if physically or mentally incapacitated, to receive death benefits (Section 331).

Modifies remarriage provisions for surviving spouses to terminate compensation payments after receiving up to $500, with remaining benefits redirected to other dependents (Section 335).

Establishes minimum weekly death benefit for wholly dependent individuals at 50% of state average weekly wage, and clarifies that no minimum applies to partially dependent individuals (Section 356).
