Removes the adultery charge form from the list of permissible indictment forms in Michigan's criminal procedure code.

Updates language in assault with intent, attempt, burglary, conspiracy, and forgery charge forms from "(as the case may be)" to "as applicable."

Modifies robbery charge forms to use "while armed" and "while unarmed" instead of "being armed" and "not being armed."

Changes rape charge forms to remove the phrase "or ravished" and updates statutory rape language from "she" to "C.D."

Updates monetary amounts from "100 dollars" to "$100.00" and changes procedural language from "seasonably" to "timely" regarding bill of particulars requests.

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. 1085 of the 102nd Legislature is also enacted into law.
