Renames 2017 PA 128 from "law enforcement officer separation of service record act" to "law enforcement officer service records act"

Requires law enforcement agencies to create and finalize separation of service records within 5 business days when an officer leaves employment, including any disciplinary processes or investigations active within 1 year before separation

Establishes procedures allowing separated officers to review records, request corrections or disclaimers within 7 calendar days, and submit written statements if disagreements cannot be resolved

Creates new provisional service records for officers currently employed who intend to move to another law enforcement agency, with similar review and dispute procedures

Provides civil immunity for law enforcement agencies disclosing records in good faith after receiving a signed waiver, unless they knew information was false, acted recklessly, or violated state or federal law
