Establishes the "Reporting of Law Enforcement Officer Misconduct Privacy Act" to protect the confidentiality of individuals who file complaints against law enforcement officers.

Prohibits law enforcement agencies, the state police, the attorney general, attorneys, and other authorized bodies from disclosing the identity of misconduct complainants if requested to keep their identity confidential.

Allows disclosure of complainant identity only in specific circumstances: by the complainant themselves, with written permission, by court order, to defendants/defense attorneys/prosecutors in criminal cases, to arbitration panels or administrative judges if subpoenaed, to designated agency investigators, or to law enforcement officers conducting internal investigations.

Defines "misconduct" as a law enforcement officer's performance of duty that is unauthorized, unlawful, negligent, reckless, or injurious.

Establishes a civil infraction penalty of up to $500 for violations of the confidentiality requirement.
